In our time here, my own family fell in love with the Pacific Northwest’s outdoor lifestyle, along with its geographic and architectural diversity, and we have a passion for the preservation of the area’s beautiful homes - letting their owners get the most from their properties.

 

While our core business began with Zilka Construction and Zilka Concrete Cutting, we chose to create a specialist division

in response to the growing demand for basement egress windows and doors, ensuring that the work was planned, engineered, and installed to code, using only the best materials - work that would last. We’re proud of our heritage in construction throughout the Pacific Northwest, and we’re proud of the work we do.
